The Medlins

In the fall of 2010, we realized that God was calling our family to step out in faith and follow Christs calling to do something with an eternal significance.  Before Jesus ascended into heaven, He gave his followers one final instruction: "go and make disciples of all nations"  Matthew 28:19.  As a Christian, even today we must "finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given us" Acts 20:24.  The task which God has called us to at this time is to go to Kenya. 
We are currently making preparations to relocate to Kaptagat, Kenya in the fall of 2011. 


Just Who Are The Medlins ?

Michael - Enjoys living life to the fullest and striving to fullfill all that the Lord desires of me.  Has a desire to see others grow spiritually through discipleship.  Loves to coach children's soccer and athletics.  Is passionate about running long distances and about any action sport.

Kellie - Compassionate and desires to see children grow and realize their God given potential.  Enjoys teaching, cooking, sewing and designing jewelry.

Abigail - 3 years old.  Loves her baby dolls and chasing after her older siblings.

Jacob - 5 years old.  Is passionate in all he does.  Is a natural at picking up musical instruments.
