Our location in Kenya is near the town of Kaptagat just outside the city of Eldoret. At an elevation near 8,500 feet, the land is lush and fertile, as opposed to the desert conditions in eastern Kenya.In the Spring of 2011, the GOGCP was able to purchase 5 acres of prime land in the area of Kaptagat. The property is in close proximity to the Cheptigit Primary School, shopping area and medical dispensary.
In April 2011, a hand dug water well is being built on the new property. Next will come the latrines and then two houses.
