Chai Recipe
Heat together in a 3 to 4 quart saucepan:
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)
Boil 10 minutes. Add:
1 cup milk
Heating near boiling. Add to taste:
2 to 4 teaspoons sugar
Serves 2.
I hope you quickly come to love chai. Nothing better than to run, shower, and sit down with fruit and a huge cup of chai while I have my quiet time.
